Important Information Regarding Athletics: Students will need to enroll for their preferred sport(s) for the entire 2017-2018 school year during Course Requests. Due to TAPPS policies to start new programs, commitments to new sports offerings must be made during initial Course Requests. If the new program fills and is offered, and the sport is then dropped from the student’s schedule, there will be no refund given. See the Two-Step Enrollment & Financial Policies.

*Cheerleading is a two-trimester (fall + winter) commitment. The fee given is indivisible and covers both trimesters but does not include the cost of the uniform or summer camp. We anticipate the uniform cost to be around $200. The details and cost of summer cheer camp will be communicated by the coaches.

Admission Fee(s):

$200 for the first prospective student
$100 for each additional applicant, including Veritas Siblings

The Application Fee is a one-time, nonrefundable fee, due with the application.

(Re-) Enrollment Fees:
  $310 Family Enrollment Fee

$310 Student and Family Ministry Fee*

$630 Facility Fee**

$750 New Family Fee***
  $200 Late Enrollment Fee per family for any reenrollment submitted after 3/3/17

*The Student & Family Ministry Fee is designated to cover the numerous family support activities and seminars, coteacher training (apart from any conducted by paid consultants), and character development programs. For the 2017- 2018 school year, this fee will not be paid at (re-)enrollment but rather over time with tuition. Nevertheless, this fee is considered nonrefundable and will be withheld in full from any refund due to any withdrawing student or family.

**The Facility Fee is designated to cover some portion of the costs of developing our permanent campus.

***The New Family Fee, assessed on each new (or newly returning) family to Veritas, will likely increase to $1,500 (or more) in the following school year when Veritas first occupies its permanent campus for the entire school year.

(Re-)Enrollment Fees are nonrefundable and are due with (re-)enrollment each year to reserve your child's seat for the upcoming school year.

Important Information Regarding Textbooks: Students in Grades 5-12 will be asked to pick up their Veritas textbooks the week before school begins.  Other books and resources, as identified on the school’s Books & Resources List updated and published in June, will need to be acquired by each student’s family.

Parents may use the Books & Resources List to shop through various online providers. Families can expect to spend around $150 for PreK, $300 for Kindergarten, and $400-500 for Grades 1-12 each year.  Cost per student may be slightly lower for families with multiple or returning students as some books and resources may be shared or used across multiple grade levels.

Tuition is payable through FACTS Tuition Management in one, two, or ten monthly installments beginning in May. Families select their payment schedule during Step One of the annual enrollment process, and tuition is calculated through Step Two (online course requests).

Important Information Regarding Athletics: Students will need to enroll for their preferred sport(s) for the entire 2016-2017 school year during Course Requests in April. Changes to Athletics are subject to the same guidelines and drop deadlines as electives, with the possible exception of new sports offerings. Due to TAPPS policies to start new programs, commitments to new sports offerings must be made during initial Course Requests. If the new program fills and is offered, and the sport is then dropped from the student’s schedule, there will be no refund given. See the Financial Policies for drop deadlines and fees for all other sports.

*Cheerling is new to Veritas this year, and we expect it to be a two-trimester (fall + winter) commitment. The fee given is indivisible and covers both trimesters but does not include the cost of the uniform or summer camp. We anticipate the uniform cost to be around $200. The details and cost of summer cheer camp will be communicated by the coaches.

Application Fee(s):
  $200 for the first applicant
  $100 for each additional applicant, including Veritas siblings

Veritas publishes a Books & Resources List each May, and parents may use the list to purchase materials at the Used Book Sale on the last day of school or to shop through various online providers. Most items will also be available through Veritas Academy's partner, MBS Direct, at prices below suggested relatil.

The MBS Direct virtual bookstore opens July 1 and provides a marketplace for families to comparison shop. Families can expect to spend around $150 for PreK, $300 for Kindergarten, and $400-500 for grades 1-12 each year.
