2020-2021 Academic Add/Drop Form

Please use this online form to notify the Veritas Registrar's office of your desire to make changes to your student's Academic choices for the 2020–2021 school year. This is a request only and not a guarantee of changes to be made. The Registrar will reply once the change has been approved and posted to your Family Tuition Statement.
