All leadership positions, awards, and recognitions that you earn while in SR at Veritas Academy will be listed on your official high school transcript. It is very important that you keep up with these and submit them to your advisor as they are earned.

Remember, only a PARENT can fill out the final add/drop form!

Students in need of a VOE Form for a driving permit or other reasons may request one from the 2nd or 4th floor desks or Mrs. Stewart via email. Please allow 24 hours for processing as we are often not able to accommodate a last minute request.

Log in to ParentsWeb to check your grades, homework assignments, attendance, and all things class-related. If you don't have a ParentsWeb log in or have forgotten your password, please email Mrs. Stewart, Registrar.



If you need an official copy of your high school transcript, please see your college advisor or email Mrs. Stewart.



SR Students may use this form to appeal for course credit when they have acquired too many absences in a course. Form should be turned in to Jennifer Stewart, Registrar, by the last day of the school year. Your appeal decision will be emailed to you within 7-10 days of receiving the appeal.
